• Sassy Toe has a 7 day return policy on domestic shipments. Five Dollar $5.00 Restocking Fee per return. Sassy Toe will accept size exchange for sized Toe Rings or for NEW (UNWORN) return merchandise within 7 days of delivery, additional shipping charge of $6.95 per each exchange. • Please e-mail Orders@sassytoe.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO exchanges or returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please include the following information when requesting an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, product name, item number, and reason for return.
• All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, UNWORN, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items;
• Sassy Toe strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Sassy Toe on all returned items, and Customer will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) shipping back to you.

Important Information About This Legal Contract
You agree to this User Agreement, and all of its terms and conditions, by visiting, browsing, shopping, accessing or otherwise using the Site. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at any time, in Sassy Toe's sole discretion.
