Product Returns - To qualify for a return, RMA request must be within 7 days from receipt (NO EXCEPTIONS) items must be sent back in new, unused condition in their original packaging. * RMA Request must be received within 7 days of receipt - No Exceptions
* Original Shipping charges will not be refunded.
* Purchaser is reponsible for any return shipping and handling fees they may incur.
* Each return will incur a 10% Restocking Fee / $2.00 MINIMUM
* Return items must be in its original conditon - new, unworn and unused.
* Credits or refunds will be issued to original purchaser only.
Email request to SassyT@sassytoe.com within 7 days (NO EXCEPTIONS) of merchandise receipt, (requests made after 7 day period will not receive response) include the item(s) numbers you are requesting to return and the reason for the return, only those items listed will be honored in the return. You will be refunded the item price less S&H and restocking fee.
Return items in original box/bags; use padded envelope or box. Return address will be enclosed in the email authorizing return send to the: ATTN: RMA # on outside of package. DO NOT SEND RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA# YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED OR DISCARDED UNOPENED. Please return with delivery confirmation, SassyToe is NOT responsible for return packages that do not reach our location.
