Sassy Toe appreciates our customers and offers a 7 day return policy (NO EXCEPTIONS) from date of delivery on domestic shipments. No Returns of pierced items, string panties, Holiday Themed Items, Sale/Discounted Merchandise. Please see details below. INTERNATIONAL- no returns all sales are final. |

Toe Ring SIZE Exchange - Sized Toe Rings may be returned for size exchange within 7 days of receipt and must be in NEW condition and unworn. RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is mandatory for fitted toe ring size exchange.
Return items in original box/bags; use padded envelope or box. Return address will be enclosed in the email authorizing return send to the: ATTN: RMA # on outside of package. DO NOT SEND RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA# YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE DISCARDED UNOPENED. Please return with delivery confirmation, SassyToe is NOT responsible for return packages that do not reach our location.
A $2.50 restocking fee will be charged for ring exchange plus return shipping fee of $2.99 First Class Mail or $6.95 Priority Mail (customer to specify) will be charged for each size exchange.
Product Returns - To qualify for a return, RMA request must be within 7 days from receipt (NO EXCEPTIONS) items must be sent back in new, unused condition in their original packaging. NO RETURNS on pierced items, string panties, Sale/Discounted Merchandise, or Holiday Themed Items. * RMA Request must be received within 7 days of receipt - No Exceptions
* Shipping charges will not be refunded. If return causes your order to fall below promotional "free shipping" qalification the shipping cost will be added to your order. Purchaser is reponsible for any return shipping and handling fees they may incur. Express Mail is 2 day Guarantee'd by Post Office, if items fail to reach customer within time frame, customer to submit cliam with POST OFFICE for refund of Postage Shipping Fee, Handling Portion of Express Mail S&H is NOT refundable.
* Each return will incur a 10% Restocking Fee / $2.50 MINIMUM
* Return items must be in its original conditon - new, unworn and unused.
* Credits or refunds will be issued to original purchaser only.
Email request to SassyT@sassytoe.com within 7 days (NO EXCEPTIONS) of merchandise receipt, (requests made after 7 day period will not receive response) include the item(s) numbers you are requesting to return and the reason for the return, only those items listed will be honored in the return. You will be refunded the item price less S&H and restocking fee.
